Edward Mackey currently serves as Executive Vice President, Operations for Boston Scientific. He previously served as Worldwide President of DePuy Synthes Power Tools, a division of Johnson & Johnson following his roles of VP of Integration for Johnson & Johnson’s acquisition of Synthes and Worldwide VP of Supply Chain and Manufacturing at DePuy. Ed is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.


Steve Maiocco has served as a Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Schooner Capital since 1996.  He currently serves as a director at healthcare portfolio company, SRS Medical, and has previously served on the boards of several other Schooner Capital portfolio companies. Prior to Schooner, Steve spent fourteen years in public accounting at Tonneson & Company CPAs P.C. Steve is a graduate of Cornell University and has a Master’s of Science in Taxation degree from Bentley University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.


Ted Henderson has served as a Managing Director at Schooner Capital since 2004. He currently serves as a director at a number of portfolio companies, including healthcare sector holdings 4G Clinical, Cartesian Therapeutics, and SRS Medical. He previously led Schooner’s investment in Mimetogen (sold to Allergan), and served as a director at Topokine Therapeutics (sold to Allergan) and Best Doctors (sold to a private equity firm). Ted is a cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Karl joined Millstone in 2011 and was named Chief Executive Officer of the company in late 2017. Prior to Millstone, Karl served in a variety of executive capacities with the majority of his leadership experience in the building products industry. Early in his career, Karl gained extensive sales and marketing experience with several national organizations. Karl is a graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.
