KARL NEUBERGER – Chief Executive Officer

Karl joined Millstone in 2011 and was named Chief Executive Officer of the company in late 2017. Prior to Millstone, Karl served in a variety of executive capacities with the majority of his leadership experience in the building products industry. Early in his career Karl gained extensive sales and marketing experience with several national organizations. Karl is a graduate of Dartmouth College with an MBA from The Amos Tuck School of Business Administration.

BRIAN HEATH – Chief Financial Officer

Brian joined Millstone in 2015. A senior finance executive, Brian has over 25 years of finance and management experience. Prior to joining Millstone Brian worked for several Boston area accounting firms, finishing his public career with PricewaterhouseCoopers before joining ADE Corporation as Director of Finance. Brian worked as CFO for Medical Specialties Distributors, Hinckley Yachts and Pancon Corporation. Brian earned his Bachelor’s degree from Bentley University and his JD from Northeastern School of Law. He is a CPA and a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

VICTORIA HUGHES – VP Quality & Regulatory

Victoria joined Millstone in  2012. Prior to joining Millstone, Victoria was senior manager of quality assurance at Olympus Biotech Corporation and also held senior quality management positions at Alexion Pharmaceuticals Inc., Amgen, Dow Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing Services and Copley Pharmaceuticals Inc. Victoria began her career in quality assurance at Springborn Laboratories Inc. after earning her bachelor’s degree from Bridgewater State College.

PETER HUIE – VP Supply Chain Operations

Peter joined Millstone 2016. Prior to joining Millstone, Peter held various senior operational and business management positions with divisions of Medical Specialties Distributors, Aramark Corporation and RedcatsUSA. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Operations and Logistics for Medical Specialties Distributors, the nation’s leading alternate site patient supply chain solutions provider in the United States. Peter brings over 25 years of supply chain operations and logistics experience to Millstone. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Merrimack College and completed advanced studies in Supply Chain Operations from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

PAUL LAFOND – Chief Commercial Officer

Paul joined Millstone in 2024, bringing with him with over 20 years of experience leading global sales & marketing organizations for healthcare contract manufacturing and design companies. Before joining Millstone, he built sales teams responsible for revenue growth at Nypro Healthcare, Jabil Healthcare, and SMC LTD. Paul earned his BS degree in Science at Villanova University and his MBA at Suffolk University and is experienced in MedTech, Pharma, and Diagnostic market segments.

KELLY LUCENTI – Commercial President

Kelly joined Millstone in 2004. Prior to Millstone, Kelly served as Director of Worldwide Operations for Flexcon Industries. Before Flexcon, he worked in a variety of capacities, including Production Supervisor and Quality Systems Manager, for several operating divisions of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies, including Codman and Orthopaedics, now DePuy Orthopaedics. Kelly received a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Doctorate of Law from Southern New England School of Law.

KHRISHNA MANGAL – Chief Digital & Information Officer

Khrishna joined Millstone in 2018. A senior IT/Operations executive, Khrishna has over 25 years of shared services and supply chain management experiences in the Aerospace and Medical Devices industries. Prior to joining Millstone, Khrishna held IT leadership positions with Biomet, Zimmer Biomet, Spinal Elements and Paragon Medical/NN Inc. Khrishna earned his Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University and his Master’s from Keller Graduate School of Management. He has certifications in PMP, CPA and ITIL.

JANET MOY – VP Human Resources

Janet joined Millstone in 2017. With over 25 years of human resources experience, Janet has held senior leadership roles in the clinical research and medical device manufacturing space. At Millstone, Janet is responsible for providing strategic HR leadership to align the company’s talent, organizational capability and cultural initiatives with the organizational goals. She holds a B.S. degree in business/human resources from Capella University. She received her senior professional in HR (SPHR) certification from Villanova University and is a graduate of Leadership Rhode Island, a nationally recognized community leadership development organization.

BILL SANDERS – VP of Engineering

Bill joined Millstone in 2017. Prior to Millstone, Bill spent 25 years engineering profitable manufacturing solutions in diverse industries including high-precision, high volume machining, telecom test equipment, photovoltaic modules, and nuclear test systems. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Davis. He is an inventor with three issued patents and twelve other applications in the system.

TOM WILLIAMS – General Manager – Fall River, MA

Tom joined Millstone in 2008. Prior to joining Millstone, Tom was Regional Director for Challenger Sports Corp., responsible for sales and marketing in the North East USA. Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wales in Cardiff, UK and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College.
